The full name of meta aramid short fiber is "poly (m-phenylenediamine)" (PMIA) fiber, also known as aramid 1313, which is an organic polymer fiber synthesized from isophthalic acid and meta phenylenediamine. It has good thermal stability, flame retardancy, electrical insulation, chemical stability, radiation resistance, and good machinability.
